We are looking for a Content Coordinator who will undertake the project management role in the production of on-page marketing content, collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator on direction and the writing team on production. The role includes editorial input and supervision to optimise brand reputation while achieving lead generation goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Content management:

  • Establish and maintain editorial calendars, content pipelines, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with writers and regional teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery.
  • Build efficient collaboration processes among stakeholders, contributors and designers.
  • Monitor and optimise content management systems.
  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to establish content priorities


Editorial function:

  • Edit and proofread for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and tone (content & copy-editing).
  • Help define editorial standards and ensure all content meets them, following brand guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the quality of their work.
  • Rewrite and restructure content as needed to enhance readability and flow and optimise content for SEO to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough fact-checking and research to verify the accuracy of information.
  • Streamline workflows and processes to expedite content creation and publishing.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content editing and writing.


Country-level marketing collaboration:

  • Adapt marketing targets and themes to local market needs and opportunities.
  • Guide and support country teams in campaign execution and content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the design team to align content strategy, visual elements, and brand identity.
  • Help maintain content quality through constructive feedback and visual engagement standards.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content editor or similar role.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and style.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Well-versed in SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate feedback.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 software.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in corporate/business services is not required but advantageous.
