We are currently looking for innovative and talented individuals to join the iQIYI team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Event Support & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing C-drama and animation offline events in Thailand.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for pop-up and promotional events.


2. Creative Content Ideation

  • Propose localized promotional concepts aligned with C-drama trends and Thai audience interests.
  • Collaborate with fan clubs and KOLs to implement cross-platform marketing campaigns.


3. Community & Trend Engagement

  • Monitor public sentiment and media trends related to C-dramas in Thailand.
  • Identify timely cultural moments to enhance campaign relevance.


4. TikTok Content Account Operations

  • Handle TikTok account multi-operations, analyze engagement metrics, and refine content strategies.
  • Develop content calendars and themes aligned with account objectives and positioning.


5. Content Localization

  • Review and adapt 10–12 social media posts daily for Meta and X (Twitter). - Temporary
  • Ensure accurate translation from Chinese to Thai with appropriate cultural tone and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in offline event coordination or support.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in Chinese dramas and animation.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to localize content culturally and linguistically.
  • Preferred background in social media or entertainment, with familiarity with TikTok’s ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and X (Twitter) platforms is a plus.
  • Native Thai speaker with proficient Chinese reading and writing skills.

KPIs:

1. Event Execution:

  • Number of events successfully supported per quarter.
  • Attendance and engagement performance at events (e.g., visitor count, content shared).


2. Creative Contribution:

  • Number of creative proposals or content ideas accepted and implemented.
  • Engagement performance (likes, shares, comments) on content from proposed ideas.


3. TikTok Account Management:

  • Drive video views, follower growth and boost engagement.
  • Maintain consistent posting frequency and initiate creative content formats.
