Job Purpose

Grow the Treasury Sales business catering to treasury clients of MNC & Mid-cap business segments

Significant focus on building the FX flow business for the bank with a clear objective to broaden the Bank franchise.

Devising the strategy for onboarding and delivering GFM solutions to target clients

Key Responsibilities

Work on building client relationships on the MNC and the mid-cap space.

Work with various internal stakeholders to develop new treasury products, delivery model and industry insights

Execute treasury transactions for client segment and help support desk activity to acheive the year end objectives of the desk.

Offer customized Fx & Interest rate risk management solutions to clients

Work with clients to bring efficiencies in their treasury processes (digital delivery), having focused conversations, sharing market updates, product ideas & executing them

Managing BAU flow business activities, transaction handling and reporting of trade/loan transactions

Ensure appropriate Management Information & Control systems are in place

Build relationships with IBG/ GTS teams to increase T&M cross-sell in the portfolio

Requirements

MBA or equivalent degree

Minimum 15 Years Of Relevant Work Experience.

Strong networking and relationship management skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
