Who Are We Looking For

We’re looking for a video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content.

If you can hook viewers in under 3 seconds, turn brand messages into scroll-stopping edits, and obsess over transitions and trends—this role’s made for you.


You’ll work closely with the brand, social, and content teams to bring ideas to life through high-performing, trendy, and insight-led Reels. Think CapCut mastery meets creative storytelling meets “Wait, how did they make that?” energy.

This isn’t about pushing out templates—it’s about creating Reels that are so good people save, share, and come back for more.


What You’ll Do

  • Edit high-performing, trend-savvy Instagram Reels, short-form content, and podcast snackable edits that deliver engagement and retention
  • Work with raw footage or creative briefs to craft short-form videos from scratch
  • Add on-brand music, sound effects, voiceovers, memes, transitions, and text overlays
  • Collaborate with the social and content teams to align edits with growth KPIs like reach, saves, shares, and engagement
  • Stay 3 steps ahead of trends—adapting and editing content in real-time
  • Build a consistent visual identity for GoKwik Reels across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Contribute ideas for new content formats, campaign hooks, and experimental creative angles
  • Track performance and iterate based on what works and what doesn’t


We’re Excited About You If You Have:

  • 3-4 years of experience editing short-form video content (especially Reels)
  • A sharp understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and start engaging
  • A solid grasp of Instagram and Reels algorithm, editing formats, and timing
  • Experience with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • An eye for memes, trending audio, and editing patterns that spark virality
  • A portfolio that shows viral wins, clever edits, and Reels that actually worked
  • Strong collaboration skills—you can take feedback and turn it into magic
  • Bonus: Can color grade, add motion graphics, or do basic animation
