We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Video Editor to join our content powerhouse at The Boss Hub. If you live and breathe timelines, transitions, and storytelling – this one's for you!

Success in this role means consistently delivering scroll-stopping, high-quality videos that align with brand goals, engage our audience, and make our content shine. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of our digital presence.

• Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, client videos, internal campaigns)
• Work closely with content creators, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to bring ideas to life
• Add music, graphics, effects, transitions, and captions as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of edits with multiple feedback rounds
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Manage and organize media assets efficiently
• Stay updated on trends, editing styles, and platform specs

• Proven experience in video editing (Please share a portfolio of previous work)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus!)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must have your own system that can handle HD/4K footage editing
• Bonus: Experience with color correction, sound mixing, or motion graphics
