*Health Bridge Management LLC (Under the CareOne umbrella) - (Acute Rehab Skilled Nursing Facilities) - We are hiring for an experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team. * * This candidate will be report to the Concord MA facility (also VP of HR) - oversee the 16 locations we have in Massachusetts* Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Business Health Administration. Minimum: 5+ years in Sales Management experience in a healthcare related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify The Vice President of Business Development: oversees Hospital Liaisons, Directors of Admissions, Central Admissions, Regional Directors of Marketing. The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Set objectives and goals for the Regional Marketing Team. 2. Assists in the development and maintenance of the marketing and education plan. 3. Effectively manages and motivates Marketers/Community Liaisons. 4. Develops new business and expands existing business throughout assigned areas. 5. Represents Company at community organizations' events and business functions. 6. Provides in-service programs to hospital and skilled nursing facility staff, physicians, community groups and other as directed. 7. Coordinates all marketing and promotional activities, including meeting and traveling with other marketing department personnel and Administrators (if necessary). 8. Visits facilities for Service Review meetings, in-service educational programs, and Quality Assurance as needed. 9. Project’s philosophy of care and advocacy for the patients and families. 10. Project’s philosophy and goals in all job-related roles. 11. Participates in staff development activities, program meetings, and attends off-site conferences as needed. 12. Participates in strategic planning meetings and is instrumental in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets. 13. Maintains awareness of regulatory requirements which impact marketing efforts and goals of the community. 14. Participates in performance improvement activities. 15. Monitors progress toward accomplishing marketing and educational goals. 16. Reviews census data and HPMS reports. 17. Meets budgeted census goals. 18. Creates necessary forms for reporting.
