Be responsible for applying the complete vehicle calibration methodologies for the assigned projects;
Execute part or the entire vehicle calibration of the assigned projects under the management of team or project leader;
Manage the complete documentation of the project (Calibration) and prepare the technical vehicle calibration report of the assigned projects on time;
Achieve the vehicle calibration evolution according to the project plan as well as Open Points Lists;
Work with customers for the road test and other joint calibration work;
Execute on-car test for new Software evolution validation until all possible software bugs are well fixed;
Follow the quality issues of projects;
Manage vehicles and instruments of the projects;
Support on customer site and perform the summer/altitude/winter road test. 1. 负责应用所分配项目的整车标定方法; 2.在团队或项目负责人的管理下，完成所分配项目的部分或全部车辆标定工作; 3.管理项目(校准)的完整文件，并按时编制所分配项目的技术车辆校准报告; 4.根据项目计划和开放点清单完成车辆标定演进; 5.与客户一起进行道路测试和其他联合校准工作; 6.为新的软件开发验证执行车载测试，直到所有可能的软件缺陷都得到很好的修复; 7.跟进项目的质量问题; 8.管理项目的车辆和仪器; 9.支持客户现场，进行夏季/高程/冬季道路测试。 任职要求：
Bachelor or above preferred in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering or engine electrical control;
Minimum 3-year relevant working experience preferred in a Foreign Invested Company;
Knows theory of Matlab, Simulink;
Capacity to apply Application Knowledge (MM System), P2, Diagnostic;
Good knowledge of Calibration Tools(INCA);
Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
Good level of English in both spoken and written;
Driving license is must. Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 1.本科以上学历，内燃机工程或发动机电气控制专业; 2.3年以上外企相关工作经验者优先; 3.了解Matlab原理，Simulink软件; 4.应用应用知识能力(MM系统)，P2，诊断能力; 5.熟悉校准工具(INCA); 6.良好的电脑操作技能，尤其是MS-Office软件; 7.良好的英语口语和写作水平; 8.驾照是必须的。 9. 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
