This role demands a blend of creativity and technical skills to design both digital and print media, as well as user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX designs that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, marketing materials, and print. Design logos, brochures, advertisements, banners, and other visual content that align with the company's branding strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that communicate the desired message effectively. UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, usability, and functionality. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas to stakeholders. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design decisions. Ensure consistency in designs across different platforms and devices. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus. Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX. Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design.
