Summary

Job Description

As a Consultant-Experience Design, you are responsible for gathering requirements, creating schedules, planning, delivery and mitigate any risks which hampers the timeline of the project.

Overview of latest technologies which directly or indirectly influence the design.

This includes working on different media such as websites, applications, native and hybrid apps across platforms.

You will be responsible for achieving a world-class experience in our internal-facing applications and platforms.

As a consultant, you are also expected to take control of the lifecycle of a project and follow-up with testing.


About the Job

  • Participate in requirements gathering to elicit and define a process and to come up with a plan which identifies gaps and risks.
  • Prepare detailed schedule for an given project by carefully analyzing the efforts and dependencies
  • Meet with Project owners to understand the project and prepare a plan defining the deliverables and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across the lifecycle for evolving the concept for a user experience project, putting together functional prototypes and testing the prototype or end-product.
  • Create best in class user experience with elaborate planning and execution strategy.
  • Define visual language for consistent user focus.
  • Participate in user research and testing, gather insights that inform the experience.
  • Create frameworks and style guides for UI.
  • Improve processes that will directly or indirectly influence productivity.
  • Bring thought leadership in engagements with stakeholders, and be a positive influencer about the need for UX in all engagements.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills with an ability for problem finding and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking
  • Ability to collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) business stakeholders, designers and development teams.
  • Focus on collaboration to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to plan and manage projects with or without guidance and thrive in ambiguity.
  • A design school degree is an added advantage.


Min Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Full time)

Work Experience: 7 to 9 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Work Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities to handle – Requirements Gathering, Planning and Prioritizing, Though leadership, User research, Solution Definition, User Testing, Production, Project Sign off and closure & Org/Unit Initiatives.
