As a UX Designer at Laerdal Bangalore LLP, you’ll lead design efforts for our digital solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user personas, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Your deep expertise in user-centered design will drive meaningful improvements in healthcare and emergency care training solutions.
Accountabilities
Working closely with researchers to surface opportunities, advocate for users, and drive impactful product enhancements.
• Analyze behavioral data using tracking tools to inform and validate design decisions with actionable insights.
• Ensure UX solutions meet high quality standards and align with both brand guidelines and design system best practices.
• Champion user needs throughout the design process, grounding decisions in research and real-world context.
• Foster alignment across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable design direction and see it through to execution. • Deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation on time in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Support user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Own, execute and refine the design process from discovery to delivery, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and handoff.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. • Contribute to and evolve design systems to maintain UI/UX consistency across products.
• Identify UX problems and propose elegant, scalable solutions for new or existing features.
• Collaborate on roadmaps, sprint planning, and prioritization of design tasks in alignment with product goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Qualification and Skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in design or research.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with experience in UX/digital design and service design
• Experience in fundamentals of agile and product centered environment.
• Must be pragmatic and process oriented in the above activities.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to have fun, grow and learn.
