Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product design team. You'll play a crucial role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences for our HCM platform. Working on-site with cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex HR workflows into elegant user interfaces that meet the needs of diverse global users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for our HCM platform, from concept to implementation
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements and user journeys
• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity through implementation
• Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Stay current with UX best practices and emerging design trends in enterprise software
• Contribute to our design culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably with enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and global design considerations
• Understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related fields (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR or HCM products
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Experience designing for international markets and multilingual interfaces
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with HR or HCM products will be an added bonus
