Based in Malmö, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to shape the user experience of our digital products. If you're a Figma expert who loves turning ideas into pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes—and you're ready to collaborate in person—this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Lead UX design efforts across web and mobile platforms from concept to implementation Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Use Figma extensively to create design systems, component libraries, and polished high-fidelity screens Validate designs through user research, A/B testing, and stakeholder feedback Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles Participate in and facilitate design workshops, usability testing, and feedback sessions Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a cross-functional product team Proven mastery of Figma – from wireframes to full prototypes and design systems Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and mockups Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to commute regularly to the Malmö office (min. 3 days/week) Fluent in English; Swedish is a bonus Bonus: familiarity with tools like FigJam, Maze, or Adobe Creative Suite Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: 300,00kr - 350,00kr per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Location: 212 25 Malmö (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 212 25 Malmö
