Experience – 4 to 6 years

Mandatory Skills : Unix/Linux, Market data Knowledge, Splunk, RedHat, SNOW, Scripting Environments - UAT, Dev.

Type of Role : L2 Support

Responisibilities:

• Operations and production support, responsible for 2nd level support & analysis tasks related to production issues, manage incident tickets
• Application monitoring (Splunk, ITRS) and coordination of production incident resolution with other teams
• Coordinate maintenance activities for Application or OS related security patching, End-of-Life software upgrades, Certificate renewal
• Handling of change requests and execute software deployments (in various environments DEV/IT, UAT, PROD)
• Unix scripting (Perl, Bash), to maintain programs for application admin function, recovery automation, application status reporting and monitoring
• Maintenance of technical and process documentation
• Close collaboration with developer and other team members (DevOps)
