Role Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for websites and applications.
• Develop visual design solutions that align with user experience goals.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Design and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.
• Maintain design consistency across products with style guides and design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Assist in defining and implementing best practices for UI/UX design.
• Engage with users to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity mockups for final design approval.
• Author and maintain design documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring innovative design ideas.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and project outcomes.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable designs.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience with usability testing methods and metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
