Vasukam is a tech startup founded by a team of IIT alumni, driven to revolutionize the next generation of social media interaction platforms. Our mission is to bring people closer through our flagship app, Ownsfare, inspired by the Sanskrit phrase "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" – The World Is One Family. 🎯 Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement creative, user-centric solutions.

• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction ideas clearly.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to back design decisions with real insights.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and new tech to keep the app modern and innovative.
  
  

🧠 Requirements

Immediate joiner preferred.

• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision for design and prototyping.
• Experience with usability testing platforms like UserTesting, Lookback, or Hotjar.
• Solid knowledge of user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with methodologies like Design Thinking, UCD, and Agile.
• Comfortable with tools like Zeplin, Abstract, or Sympli for smooth developer handoffs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  
  

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (students and fresh graduates welcome!)

• A passion for clean, functional design and a user-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn, explore new tools, and deliver impactful designs.
• Familiarity with website editing platforms such as Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or similar is a plus!
