We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improvements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technological constraints, and business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analyst, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders for feedback.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
• Integrate new design trends and tools into our design processes.
  
  

Job Requirement:-

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
