Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Translate complex product requirements into simple and elegant design solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, and QA

Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines

Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Experience in responsive and mobile-first design

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
