Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer(Product Designer) to join our team and play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our digital applications.

As a UI/UX Designer(Product Designer) you will collaborate closely with our product development team to design and deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. You will use your creativity and expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software to shape the look and feel of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design: Understand user needs, behaviour, and pain points through user research, interviews, and data analysis. Use this insight to inform design decisions.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas to cross-functional teams.
3. UI Design: Develop high-quality user interfaces, ensuring consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
4. UX Design: Work on information architecture, user flows, and navigation to enhance the overall user experience of our applications.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.
6. Design Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to refine and improve designs.
7. Responsive Design: Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.
8. Documentation: Prepare design specifications and assets for developers, including style guides, design patterns, and design system components.
9. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
