Job Overview

As the sole UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. This is a high-responsibility role where you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our product and business growth. Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

UI Design: Design visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

UX Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire design process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual design language to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including case studies that highlight your process and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
