We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our design team and contribute to creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across multiple platforms. This role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enhance the usability and design of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design UI using existing systems across mobile (iOS & Android), desktop (Windows & Mac), and web apps, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Identify and resolve UX pain points to reduce user confusion and improve usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, quality engineers, and customer support teams.
• Contribute to maintaining and expanding Enpass’s design system by creating reusable components.
• Maintain well-organized design files for easy team collaboration and handoffs.
• Document design specifications clearly for seamless handover to developers and teammates.

Skills Required:

• Strong design skills across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.
• Ability to design user flows and intuitive user experiences with a keen attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
• Solid understanding of design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Bonus: Previous experience with B2B enterprise applications or knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus.

Tools:

• Proficient in Figma.
• Experience with Confluence for documenting design notes and sharing work with the team.
• Familiarity with platform guidelines like Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design for creating platform appropriate designs.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a technology driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
