Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process, from research to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and developers to align UX strategies with business goals
• Implement design thinking and user-centered methodologies to enhance user engagement
• Optimize interfaces for mobile, web, and enterprise applications
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies

Skills Required:

• Expertise in leading UX design processes, from research to implementation
• Strong ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Experience in collaborating with UI designers, product managers, and developers

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
