The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for digital products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to transform complex ideas into user-friendly designs that drive user satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and solutions.
Education: bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, UX methodologies, and best practices.
Strong experience in designing and writing with CSS and creating HTML.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) will be preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design for diverse user needs and contexts.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving abilities, and final design solutions is required.
