We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, possess a relevant UI/UX certification, diploma, or degree, and showcase an impressive portfolio of work in their CV. This role offers the opportunity to design intuitive web and mobile interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs.
User Research: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
Best Practices: Implement UI/UX best practices and maintain consistency across projects.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in web and mobile applications.
Education: Certification, diploma, or degree in UI/UX design is mandatory. A minimum of 75% marks in your degree is required.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Testing & Research: Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
