We are seeking highly skilled D365 End User Trainers to deliver dynamic training sessions for our client—both virtually and in person (across the United States ~30%)—to equip users with the skills they need to navigate and perform essential business tasks within D365.
About the Role:
As a D365 End User Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring end users can efficiently perform their job functions within key D365 modules. You will also help internal trainers enhance their knowledge and delivery skills. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in specific D365 modules but also a skilled facilitator who can engage diverse audiences and adapt training for different learning styles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver interactive, hands-on training for D365 end users and internal trainers.
-Translate complex system functionalities into clear, job-specific workflows for end users.
-Provide real-world application training, including how to navigate modules, use key features, and understand why processes matter.
-Engage participants through virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring knowledge retention.
-Support internal trainers in refining their D365 training skills for long-term knowledge sustainability.
We have immediate openings for trainers with deep expertise in the following D365 modules:
Field Service – Teach Work Order intake, selecting price lists, managing kits, adding products/services, using the D365 Field Service mobile app, and closing Work Orders for billing.
Project Accounting – Guide users through customer onboarding, creating and managing Project Contracts, and closing projects efficiently.
CE Sales – Train users on products, pricing, kits, and drafting Work Orders for estimates.
What We’re Looking For:
-Expert-level knowledge of at least one of the required D365 modules.
-Strong facilitation skills – ability to make technical training engaging and accessible.
-Experience training end users in D365 workflows, not just system overviews.
-Ability to deliver training in multiple formats (virtual, in-person, hands-on).
-Strong communication skills to support both end users and internal trainers.
