A global software company are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join and lead their inhouse development team. This is a hybrid role in Chicago, typically 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

You will work the full software development lifecycle, designing and building innovative solutions across multiple modules incl Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. You will manage a team of developers, onshore and offshore, managing workload, ensuring quality and instilling best practices.

The requirements are:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
• Technical skillset incl C# .NET and JavaScript
• Customization and configuration experience
• Custom C# plugin development
• Power Platform skillset incl Power Automate and Model-driven Apps
• Experience managing 2-3 junior developers
