ABOUT THE JOB:

The Transitions Manager will play a key role in systematically transitioning work to GCC, India. During the initial phases of GCC scaling-up, focus will be to build robust transition methodology, tools & templates. This will be followed by driving end-to-end transition assignments across domains like finance & accounting (e.g. P2P, O2C), Business operations, Inside Sales etc. Maintaining SLA / KPI dashboards, driving quantifiable process improvement, automation initiative will also be an expectation from role in the steady state.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Create & maintain transition methodology tailored for Willscot India operations needs
• Educate stakeholders, operations leaders on transitions methodology
• Lead due transition diligence process to identify resource needs, transition schedule, risks & blockers
• End to end project management of multiple process transitions
• Manage process / transition documentation
• Maintaining and reporting SLAs, KPIs & key metrics as per agreed frequency
• Lead Automation / Six Sigma / Lean initiatives to improve process efficiencies
• Lead time & motion study, drive continuous improvement initiatives & culture within the team
• People leadership for transition management team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation in any stream, preferably certified PMP / PRINCE2
• 15+ years of transition management experience across domains – P2P, O2C, Supply Chain, Procurement etc.
• Good experience of using MS Office, Excel and other Project Management / statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
• Strong project management skills
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Working experience with US based GCC organization is preferred
• Executive presence and communication skills
