About Position:

As the Experience Transformation (XT) Operations Manager, you will be a vital leader within our evolving global team. What You'll Do:

• Cross-Functional Interlock: Act as the primary point of contact and drive streamlined collaboration with Sales Operations & Finance, Legal & Contract Management, Talent Management & Acquisition, IT & Tool Administration, Travel & Reimbursement, Facilities (including Design Studios), and Events & Ad Hoc Initiatives.
• Experience Excellence: Work with the Chief Process Transformation Officer to deliver Experience Transformation best practices and resources for the optimization of employee experiences and client-facing products. Identify, shape, prioritize, manage and measure our internal work on these initiatives.
• Data & Reporting: Directly manage all data and reporting needed to effectively operate the business unit (including CRM, pipeline, estimations, booking, revenue, resourcing, hiring, budgeting, etc.). Work closely with enabling functions to ensure accuracy, completeness, transparency, clarity, and usability. (Deliverables include: Reporting, Tracking, Dashboards, Audits)
• Project Management: Own and lead the routines and artifacts needed to ensure visibility, collaboration, and completion of internal programs and action items.
• Design Operations: Manage XT tool budgets and administration and serve as an expert consultant in sales and delivery of offerings related to UX Maturity and Design-Dev Ops.
• Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain team resources including learning and development, conferences and events, case studies, templates and methods, and exemplary deliverables, all with an emphasis on AI accelerators.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of combined experience in operations and program management and process design (ideally experience in two or more directly relevant roles: e.g. Project Manager, Program Manager, Design Operations, UX Operations).
• 10+ years of experience in UX Strategy or Experience Consulting roles.
• 10+ years of experience with different offering models (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation).
• 10+ years of experience with Figma, Miro, and other design tools.
• Expert skills in communication, facilitation, collaboration, productivity tools (e.g. Office/Teams), and managing and communicating with data.
• Experience in IT services industry
