Measure Success :

• Track training effectiveness by evaluating outcomes, preparing insightful reports for management and recommending improvements to elevate employee (DL) development.
• Manage a team of trainers and deliver success through team empowerment, while coaching trainers on developing their own capabilities.

Create & Innovate :

• Design, develop and continuously update training materials or programs to stay aligned with latest operational needs, technologies and best practices.
• Leverage /Develop technology system to drive efficiency and effectiveness in training delivery or whole training eco-system.

Engagement Sessions :

• Facilitate collaborative discussions that allow trainers to raise concerns, seek clarifications and share insights on improving training delivery.
• Develop and publish relevant materials /resources to ensure stakeholders or operations fully understand and implement the framework effectively.

Compliance Monitoring & Quality Assurance :

• Monitor and enforce, compliance with certification standards, ensuring employees meet required competency and quality benchmarks.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of employee certification, ensuring up to date statuses.
• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles on semiconductor processes, equipment handling, cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement :

• Identify and implement improvements in employee qualification & certification processes based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall experience and help build a culture of continuous learning growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations and safety regulations are advantage.
• Minimum 1year experience in related field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Skills & Competencies:
• Experience in leading workshops, seminars, or programs internally.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and passion for ensuring the success.
• Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability in performing ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
