Responsibilities
Training Programs (65%)
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of APBU and our subsidiaries, serve as the POC for the on-boarding, security, leadership, and technical skill learning programs;
Work with business delivery teams to adjust the training content and method, and make sure the training delivered is accurate and measurable;
Set up and localize a complete training system and align it with other regions, including designing and implementing learning programs, finding and managing external resource providers, and maintain materials & data on SharePoint/other drive;
Provide regular feedback, achieve program metric goals, track learning data, compile reports and actively seek cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities;
Demonstrate strong abilities on logistic management like booking meeting rooms, sending invites, setting up classrooms, getting ready for printouts & stationaries etc.;
Be the speaker of different scenarios, for example, orientation, online/office meeting, event/team building hosting;
Ad-hoc support to the APBU Head, Training Manager, and HR function teams.
Cross-Culture Enrichment (35%)
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the corporate and BU business strategy, and assist in culture identification, definition and cultivation;
Acts as a liaison between regional employees and APBU stakeholders, establishing an emotional connection for all parties as a whole;
Actively design, enable and implement a culture of diversity and inclusion using best practices, so as to keep adding value in the employee engagement and employer promotion;
Set the tone for internal and external communication, for example, Teams, Zoom, WeCom, LinkedIn etc.;
Interface with employees at all levels to foster a culture and environment of collaboration, high performance standards, learning and continuous improvement;
Focus on strengthening staff engagement through activities, lectures and assessments (e.g. Gallup's Q12 survey).
Qualifications
University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Global Training or related field, experience of working in a matrix organization/MNC is a plus;
Experience with talent development tools & solutions will be a plus
