What's the Role:
As a Training Coordinator at our Coimbatore facility, you will be at the heart of building a capable, safe, and high-performing workforce.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of site training programs that uplift operational readiness, address skill gaps, and empower our teams to succeed. Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality leaders, you will drive continuous development, embed safe work practices, and ensure every team member is equipped to perform at their best.

Location Flexibility:
Our first preference is to hire a candidate who is based in Coimbatore, as this will be an on-site role. However, we are also open to considering candidates located elsewhere in India, for whom this can be a remote working opportunity. Please note, if selected, remote candidates will be required to travel to Coimbatore for the initial onboarding and on-the-job induction period during the first few weeks. This is essential to ensure alignment with our team, systems, and training processes before transitioning to remote work.
Work Timings:
This position requires working hours aligned with Australian time zones.
