WHO ARE WE? We provide a variety of fun and exciting experiences ranging from leading a day tour of local vineyards and breweries, to hosting events featuring food and wine pairings with live music, and even bringing groups to different festivals and events while making it simple for them to have a fun time. COMPENSATION We want you making $300+ each trip, no less than $200, but closer to $400 Breakdown: + Guaranteed $25 per hour + Additional tips range $100+ + Additional bonuses available WHO WE NEED? The payment structure is generous to find the right people and keep them. ABOUT THE TOURS: - Regular tours run every Saturday & Sundays usually from 11 am - 6 pm - Visits 3-5 locations, includes a meal, souvenirs, and is about 40-50 people - We are NOT a party bus but they tend to be very high energy and very fun! DUTIES INCLUDE: Providing winery tours as well as area tours in Fredericksburg between Wednesday and Sunday. Tours typically run for 7 hours sometime between the hours of 10 am - 10 pm (either 11AM - 6PM, 1PM - 8pm, or 3PM-10PM) - Receiving route and roster information the week prior to be familiar with the requirements - Greeting and checking people in the day of the event - Providing clear instructions to the group throughout the day - Mingling with all guests to make sure everyone has a great time PREREQUISITES: - Reliable availability on the Saturdays and some Sundays - 21 years or older Wine and beer knowledge is helpful but a far second to an enthusiastic personality. On the job training sessions are available every quarter. Our buses are non-CDL, so less than 15 passengers but a CDL is a bonus. We require a clean driving record, 25 years or older, and valid driver's license.
