Position Summary Provides support in installing, configuring, tuning, troubleshooting and updating of Network, Voice, Helpdesk and System Infrastructure. Makes sure the availability of the needed resources from the servers, voice, and network are maintained.
Performs installation, maintenance and support of network, voice and systems infrastructure.
Troubleshoots assigned systems and network problem in a timely fashion.
Help users in resolving network, internet and email problems and/or concerns.
Provides documentation and/or checklist as required to support IT services.
Provides assistance and coordination to third-party service providers and suppliers.
Job Qualifications
College Degree - BS ECE, BSCoE, BSCS, MSIT, BSIT.
2 to 3 years as a Network Engineer.
Can work in the office, Ten West Campus, McKinley West, Taguig City.
Shifting schedule including special/regular holidays.
On-Call support.
