Required Technical Skill Set

Testing experience in Data related programs

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Proven experience in managing testing activities for complex IT projects, preferably in master data management or data-related programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide testing teams.
• Familiarity with data migration methodologies, best practices, and tools
• Proven experience in revamping and transitioning data management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address potential challenges during the revamp project.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Azure Services, such as Logic App, ADF, and Databricks, may be preferred.

Good-to-Have

Preferred certifications may include ISTQB, CSTE, Scrum Master or Oracle.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and plan for the master data management program revamp.
• Lead and manage a team size in one or two offshore test analysts and coordinators to ensure successful testing activities.
• Produce the overall test delivery plan, define business test deliverable milestones, and determine the potential use of automation tools.
• Define and implement testing processes and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables from selected solution provider.
• Oversee the identification, prioritization, and resolution of testing issues and defects.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and management.
• Manage business users’ expectations and collaborate with them to support the UAT or validation.
• Manage a large testing capability, resources, and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review.
• Ensure appropriate entry/exit criteria for all test phases and obtain sign-off prior to Go Live.
• Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting.
• Monitor and report the daily execution status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders,
