Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Lead to join our team, responsible for managing and driving acceptance testing across various use cases including Provision, Activate, and Deactivate. In this role, you will lead test planning, strategy, and design, ensuring high-quality test execution and delivering telecom solutions efficiently. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, assess risks, and handle customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive acceptance testing for telecom services (e.g., Flowone, Orchestration, Unified Inventory).
• Develop test plans, strategies, and test case design for service order management solutions.
• Manage test automation efforts and risk mitigation.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth test execution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure thorough testing of hybrid service fulfillment, telecom services (VoLTE, vIMS, 5G/4G), and network orchestration.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in stakeholder management and customer handling.
• Expertise in test planning, strategy, and test automation.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, container-based networks, and telecom domain products (e.g., 5G/4G, VoLTE, SDN, vIMS).
• Familiar with service order management and catalog-driven service testing.
• Knowledge of CNF managers, SDN controllers, and virtualized network services.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Container management, and network slice orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform risk assessment and mitigation.
