We are currently recruiting for an Test Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements

As a Test Lead you will be responsible for the overall testing for a specified area, project, platform or combination of. This will include the entirety of the SDLC, from approach, to supply and execution. Supported by the Delivery Test Manager you will ensure the test approach and underlying plans, align to the overall test strategy.

You will be responsible for leading the test team, both permanent and partner resources, with full responsibility for the quality of the delivery. Your role will be accountable for evaluating and reporting clear, concise and timely test metrics and dashboard to ensure the Project Managers and the wider delivery team are informed of progress, key risks and the plans to mitigate any such issues that may impact time, budget and quality.

As the test lead you will have a deep understanding of project goals, objectives and business outcomes and processes. You will drive the necessary analysis and design tasks to support the development of test approaches and ensure that these align with the test strategy.

The Individual

About You:

To be successful in the role of Test Lead you will have experience implementing and maintaining test frameworks, data strategies and test automation roadmaps. You will have an in depth understanding and knowledge of different Model Based Testing techniques and the ability to identify appropriate techniques, tools and guidelines to implement the required tests.

You should have a good understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and capability of supporting teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities and impacts and risks. You will need experience of strategically leading and delivering various projects with a level of integration.

Any previous experience of Performance, UAT or Security testing would be beneficial and knowledge of automation testing would also be useful.
