This role holder is responsible for sales from the weighing business and Sales from New Products, thus contributing to the company's profit generation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Focus on winning prospective customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Generate a "higher number" of "quality" leads by using innovative sources
  • Schedule monthly client visits efficiently.
  • Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Probe the client by asking the right questions to understand his needs and document client requirements in detail.
  • Meet internal and client-based timelines effectively.
  • Follow the standard sales process as trained by the company
  • Build and maintain cordial relations with key decision-makers in the clients’ organization.
  • Negotiate price and sell the product at a price that gives a greater profit margin to the company
  • Collect complete payments and other receivables by meticulous follow-up and planning.
  • Setting and meeting personal sales targets
  • Producing periodic sales reports


Qualifications

  • Diploma or BE (Post Graduate Male Candidate)
  • 2- 5 years of sales experience
  • Experienced in Sales in the Weighing Industry or Capital Goods industry or Manufacturing Setup, Earthmoving equipment sales, Ability to work under pressure, Willing to travel, Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler Must.
