The role bearer has the responsibility of sourcing Business Loan and Professional loan from Branches / Open Market / Online aggregators and through Call Center using DSTs and establishing a quality portfolio. It entails managing a team, maintain strong relationships, foster co-operation and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer has to make sure adherence to the policies and guidelines set. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger objectives of the bank
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing Branches / Open Market / Online aggregators / Call center and acquiring business from them
Good communication skill as need to communicate daily with branch team, BMs , Cluster heads and regional heads for business generation and leads.
Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends
Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
Education
Graduate and Post graduate
Experience
Minimum 2 to 5 years in unsecured lending, managing business through Branches, Open market or account aggregators.
