Territory Manager – Structural Intervention

A leading global medical device organisation is seeking a highly motivated and clinically adept Territory Manager to join its Structural Heart division, supporting a growing portfolio of life-changing cardiac therapies across Western Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment supporting advanced procedures such as PFO and LAA occlusion and congenital heart interventions. You will be instrumental in both clinical and commercial outcomes, providing expert procedural support while driving territory growth and physician engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-field clinical support during structural heart procedures
• Collaborate with key clinical stakeholders (e.g. Interventional Cardiologists, Echocardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons)
• Facilitate physician education, onboarding, and skill development
• Engage with referral networks to raise therapy awareness
• Meet and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain effective stock and consignment management

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in medical device sales or clinical support
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and cardiac catheterisation procedures
• Proven success in a role involving high-level clinical engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
