The Temp – Proposals Coordinator is responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks related to proposal management and will play a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency. The position reports to the Director, Bids and Proposals.

The impact you'll have:

  • Enter proposals into Ironclad software ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Extract pricing information from Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and communicate pertinent details to the Deal Operations team.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings related to proposal discussions and strategy sessions.
  • Monitor state and district procurement sites for proposal addenda and updates, ensuring that all required changes are communicated in a timely manner.
  • Save, organize, and maintain proposal-related files on the team SharePoint site to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Draft concise summary notes for submitted proposals, highlighting key points and outcomes.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of catalog bids according to specified requirements.
  • Other relevant duties, as assigned.

  • Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, respond to multiple constituencies, and meet established deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, Smartsheet and other standard business applications

Pay – This role’s base pay is $25/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
