⬆️Support Forum Management: Maintain and monitor the support forum, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and helping build a knowledge base.
⬆️Community Engagement: Foster an engaging and collaborative community by responding to user feedback, creating FAQs, and driving discussions that help our users.
⬆️Content Updates: Regularly update existing documentation, ensuring it stays accurate with product updates and new releases.
⬆️Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to understand the product and capture technical information.
✔️ Skills & Qualifications:
⬆️6+ years of experience in technical content writing, especially in documenting complex products and services.
⬆️Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into easy-to-understand language.
⬆️Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation for software products and services.
⬆️Proficiency in documenting APIs and using tools like Swagger, Postman, or similar.
⬆️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⬆️Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
