About the Role:

This is a newly established role designed to enhance governance, oversight, and service improvement across our Technology Platforms & Engineering (TPE) teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in refining our processes, managing resources effectively, and driving the development of new services. You will work alongside both the Director and Delivery Manager to act as a bridge between presales and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of our technology implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimisation & Documentation
• Update and refine playbooks, documentation, and deployment/optimisation processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to service delivery methodologies.
• Program & Project Management
• Provide billable program/project management and oversight for complex technology projects.
• Review project proposals against estimated technical effort and deliverables.
• Improve the project lifecycle by analyzing past performances, identifying lessons learned, and updating processes accordingly.
• Team Development & Resource Management
• Manage team resourcing and define/update roles and responsibilities to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand individual goals and training roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant certification requirements.
• Leverage team strengths and identify opportunities for engineers to upskill through hands-on project work.
• Service Development & Governance
• Assist in the development of new services, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Own all reporting related to TPE delivery, identifying opportunities for optimisation and proactively managing risks.
• Provide technical approval for proposals and enhance project scoping rationale based on past project insights.
• Assist in the development of service offerings around new modules within existing vendor solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technology implementation, consulting, or engineering leadership roles.
• Strong background in project/program management, including oversight of complex technical projects.
• Excellent understanding of process optimisation and service improvement.
• Experience coordinating resourcing and professional development initiatives.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and effort estimation for project proposals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the industry.
• Prior experience working with technology vendors and developing service offerings is a plus.
