The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Technology Governance & Risk to join our high-performing leadership team and play a pivotal role in strengthening the technology foundations and risk posture that support our continued growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and evolving our technology strategy and risk management framework, ensuring our systems, platforms, and processes remain secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a fast-paced, customer-focused business.
You’ll oversee the development and implementation of robust, compliant, and high-performing technology solutions while expanding our capabilities in areas such as cybersecurity, IT governance, risk mitigation, data protection, and operational resilience. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that innovation and risk discipline go hand in hand.
As a strategic leader, you’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Engineering, Delivery, Product, and the broader business to ensure technical decisions support both short-term execution and long-term sustainability. You’ll also serve as a key voice in assessing risk across projects and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines technical acumen with a pragmatic, forward-thinking mindset—someone who can navigate complexity, empower teams, and embed a risk-aware culture across the organisation.
At EasyPark, we believe great products are built at the intersection of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession. If you are a strategic thinker, passionate about technology, and excited to lead a product vision from strategy to execution, we would love to hear from you.

We aim to create a scenario where the parking supply and driver demand are balanced, not through additional parking spots and fewer cars, but thanks to predictive technology that connects our users to available parking spots.
