Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Coordinate both internal resources (both onshore or offshore resources) / stakeholders and vendors for smooth execution of projects

Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implement projects

Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs

Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner

Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders

Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting

Prior experiences on managing digital project(s), e.g. new mobile app / Web site implementation

Prior experiences on managing analytics project(s) is advantageous but not mandatory

Experiences on managing projects in vendor / consulting firm environment is highly preferred, i.e. PM in in-house environment not preferred

Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery

Strong technical background and project management skill

Strong experience / knowledge in both traditional waterfall methodology as well as more modern Agile / iterative methods

Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects. Several thousand-man days, could be ideal

Excellent client facing and communication skills

Must have strong English communication skills

Certification on Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.)
