Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire process of handling overseas projects related to SBL and Margin Finance business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and other relevant departments.
• Collaborate with the business department to sort out requirements and complete project documentation.
• Complete the requirement analysis and product design, and ensure technical feasibility and user experience.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with teams.
• Monitor the project progress, quality, and cost, and solve risk problems.
• Organize project development, testing, and UAT verification; ensure business launch on time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree or above, with majors in Computer Science or Finance is preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably from global bank/FI with experience in regional projects
• Familiar with the management and development process of securities companies.
• At least one programming language such as Java/C++, with the Java technology stack preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English and adaptable to communication with overseas teams.
• A strong understanding of both IT systems and the business logic.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong learning ability, highly responsible, with strong ability to withstand pressure.
