Job Description

• Before proceeding with an interview, hiring team will shortlist candidates for a Writing Test. Candidate response should be submitted back within 24 hours. The hiring team will evaluate and proceed with interviews/decline candidates based on the results of the test. AI use (like ChatGPT) is prohibited.
• These contractors will play a crucial role in supporting our Knowledge Architect and the broader team by:
  
  

o Assisting with the cleanup and maturation of content within the DITA framework.

• Managing the influx of content requests to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Performing content audits and updates to align with our new structured content standards.
• Supporting ongoing post-conversion activities to maintain and improve the quality of our documentation.
• This additional support is essential to meet the increased demand, maintain the quality of our documentation, and achieve our goal of delivering a world-class documentation experience. By bolstering our team with skilled contract Technical Writers, we can successfully manage this critical phase of content cleanup and maturity.
