Position Overview: Technical Writer

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of product documentation, blogs, and multimedia content for MaxIQ—our advanced sales revenue and intelligence platform. If you excel at simplifying complex ideas, creating engaging content, and developing user-friendly resources, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and well-structured technical product documentation that enhances user understanding of our product - through user guides and FAQs
• Craft compelling blogs focused on product updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering and marketing) to produce case studies, and technical reports.
• Translate technical concepts into digestible content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Create short demo videos and how-to clips to visually guide users through product features.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and content as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or product documentation (preferably in B2B SaaS).
• Proven ability to write structured, engaging, and informative content.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products
• Excellent research skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales and product teams to develop customer-facing materials.
