Key Responsibilities:

● Write and edit detailed data flow diagrams based on the Verana Health data platform

and quality measure specifications for healthcare programs such as MIPS.

● Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into clear, standardized

documentation.

● Collaborate with subject matter experts, data engineers, and quality analysts to gather

and verify technical information to produce documentation for internal teams.

● Maintain version control of specifications and track changes across document

lifecycles.

● Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all documentation.

● Support the development of supporting materials such as implementation guides, FAQs,

and change logs.

Required Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare or quality

measurement space.

● Familiarity with healthcare quality programs such as CMS quality programs (MIPS,

ACO), or similar.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex

data to varied audiences.

● Proficient with Google Drive and document management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in working at Healthcare Data companies

● Experience with clinical quality language or standards (e.g., CQL, FHIR, QDM).

● Understanding of measure development processes and national quality frameworks.

● Ability to interpret and document clinical and data logic clearly for multiple audiences.
