Technical Writer/Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer/Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as providing Release Train Engineering (RTE) support to the Solutions Lead. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong understanding of ITGC control policies, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ITGC control policies, including process flows, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
- Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure documentation is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide Release Train Engineering (RTE) support to the Solutions Lead, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and document gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on documentation progress.
- Maintain a library of technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and easily accessible.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., English, Technical Communication, Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ITGC control policies and documentation requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Release Train Engineering (RTE) principles is a plus.
