We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation that helps users and developers understand our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and completeness in all technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and technical guides.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other teams to gather and understand technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content for various audiences, including developers and end-users.
• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Work within Agile and DevOps environments to keep documentation in sync with software updates.
• Utilize markup languages such as HTML, XML, and tools like Markdown to format and organize documentation effectively.
• Ensure API documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and accessible to developers.
• Maintain version control and document repository management for documentation assets.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve technical documentation quality.
• Provide input on user experience improvements related to documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, DevOps).
• Basic knowledge of coding or the ability to read code (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proficiency in markup languages (HTML, XML) and documentation tools (Markdown).
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to document them effectively.
• Ability to create user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and other technical guides.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
• Willingness to work onsite (Work From Office - WFO).
