Responsibilities

Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. You Are Expected To Be Able To

• Create and maintain technical documents such as FSDs, user manuals, and implementation reports.
• Support SIT and UAT processes by documenting issues, defects, and test results.
• Act as a document librarian, ensuring all project files are well-organized and audit-ready.
• Update documentation for incidents, enhancements, and system changes across various platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to deliver high quality and detailed documentation.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC, software development and UML.
